摘要
以有效幅宽1 600 mm的均匀轧辊为研究对象,采用有限元软件Fluent建立均匀轧辊内液压油的有限元模型,计算了轧辊转速、油压、气压对轴线方向油压分布的影响。用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对均匀轧辊仿真分析,研究不同油压、气压作用下织物纬向受力的变化。结果表明:均匀轧辊的转速和外加载荷的变化均会导致油腔内油压分布不均匀,但油压整体的变化量不大。均匀轧辊在一定油压和气压下,织物纬向受力均匀。当均匀轧辊气压不变油压升高时,织物中部受力变大。当均匀轧辊油压不变气压升高时,织物端部受力变大。研究得出各个轧点位置的受力情况,为精确控制织物轧余率提供了参考。
Taking the effective width of 1600 mm even pad roller as the research object,the FEA (finite element analysis) model of hydraulic oil within even pad roller was established based on finite element software (i.e.,Fluent),the effect of the oil pressure distribution on the axis was calculated by changing the roll speed,oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure.The even pad roller was simulated by the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and to research the changes of the force on fabric in width direction under different oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure.Results showed that the changes of the rotating speed and the external load could cause the oil pressure fluctuation in the oil chamber,but the fluctuation of the oil pressure is relatively small.In addition,the force applied on the fabric in zonal direction was homogeneous under certain oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure.When the oil pump pressure was kept constant and cylinder pressure got increased,the fabric force would get increased at the fabric center area.When the oil pump pressure was increased and the cylinder pressure was kept constant,the fabric force got increased at the edge of the fabric.In this study,the force of each rolling point was obtained,which can provide reference for the precision control of pick-up.
