摘要
为了保证活塞在运动过程中留有足够的间隙,需在其头部加工避阀坑。以等圆角活塞避阀坑为例,在加工过程中利用Master CAM软件进行各项参数的设置以及工艺编制,最终生成加工所需NC代码并实际加工,在编程过程中采用了两种不同编程方式,并分析其在活塞避阀坑加工过程中产生的影响,以确定最为合适的等圆角避阀坑加工方法。
In order to ensure that the piston motion with sufficient clearance process, processing avoiding valve pits in their head are in need.Such as rounded corners from the pit avoiding valve piston, for example, in the process of machining using MasterCAM software, various parameters were set, and machining process was programmed, which resulting machining numerical control ( NC) code as required in practical machining.In the process of programming, two different programming methods were used, and its impact was analyzed in the manufacturing process of piston valve for avoiding pits.So the most appropriate of the pits avoiding valve of rounded corners processing method is determined.
