内高压成形机水平缸位置同步控制优化 被引量:2

摘要 内高压成形机水平缸同步控制技术对汽车管状零件的生产具有重要意义。对基于实验平台建立的液压系统数学模型进行了Matlab同步控制仿真研究,以及控制系统优化后的实验验证,从引入比例方向阀中位死区补偿和采用西门子专用闭环模块FM355C两个方面对水平缸同步控制进行优化改进。实验结果表明:中位死区补偿可以提高比例阀的响应速率,专用闭环模块FM355C具有优于集成闭环控制函数FB41的同步控制效果,实验中水平缸对模拟曲线的跟踪效果有了较大的改善,并提高了同步控制精度。 The horizontal cylinder synchronous control technology of hydroforming machine has a great significance for the produc-tion of automotive tubular parts.Basing on the experimental platform the mathematical model of hydraulic system was established, and then the synchronization control simulation on the Matlab was carried out, and experiment research was carried out after the control sys-tem optimization.The optimization included dead zone compensation of proportional direction valve and application of FM355C.Experi-mental results show that the dead zone compensation can improve the response rate of proportional direction valve, closed-loop module FM355C has superior synchronization control effect than closed-loop control functions FB41, in the experiment, the track effect of sim-ulated curve and the accuracy of synchronous control have improved.
