摘要
针对某型飞机刹车系统在地面铁鸟试验中出现的刹车压力振动问题,利用机械液压仿真软件AMESim,使用其强大的批处理功能设置刹车系统参数,管路模型及长度、系统背压、刹车控制阀先导级固有频率及阻尼比等,对飞机刹车压力控制系统进行了分析。仿真结果表明:飞机刹车压力控制系统谐振是由刹车控制阀和刹车系统管路共同作用引起的一种流固耦合振动,改变刹车系统中管路、系统背压、刹车控制阀等参数可以有效地抑制飞机刹车系统压力振动。
According to the model of aircraft brake system in the ground plane test of brake pressure vibration problems, the dif-ferent pipe models and length, return pressure, natural frequency and damping ration of the brake control valve and other parameters were set using the batch function of AMESim, the aircraft brake pressure control system was analyzed.The results show that the reso-nance of the aircraft brake pressure control system is a fluid solid coupling vibration caused by the interaction of brake control valve and brake pipe.Changing the parameters of brake system in the pipeline, back pressure, brake control valve can effectively weaken the brake system pressure fluctuation.
