突发事件中大学生自我应对能力提升研究

Study on the Improvement of College Students' Self-coping Ability in Emergencies

高校是大学生学习和生活的重要场所,建立健全高校突发事件处置机制,维护好高校的安全稳定,有利于促进和保障社会安定和团结。而大学生自我应对能力的高低,是他们能否正确应对突发事件的关键因素之一。在研究高校突发事件的基础上,从加强自身安全意识、提高自救与互救能力,以及注意心理素质培养等几个方面提出了有效的对策,帮助大学生积极应对各类突发性事件。

Colleges and universities are important places for students＇learning and living .As a result of changes in universities and in social environment in recent years ,university emergencies break out frequent‐ly .These incidents not only interfere with school＇s normal teaching and living order ,endanger the life and property of teachers and students ,but also lead to group incidents ,bringing inestimable losses to universi‐ties and the society .Establishing and improving emergency disposal mechanisms can help to maintain the safety and stability of universities and colleges and to promote the peace and unity of the society .University students＇self‐coping ability is an important factor in deciding w hether they can correctly respond to emer‐gencies .On the basis of studies on university emergencies ,this paper proposes some effective suggestions on responding to all kinds of emergencies from the perspectives of strengthening security awareness ,impro‐ving self‐help and mutual‐help abilities ,and paying attention to the cultivation of psychological diathesis and so on .
