背阔肌肌腱移位术治疗不可修复性巨大肩袖撕裂进展 被引量:2

摘要 背阔肌肌腱移位术是治疗后上型不可修复性巨大肩袖撕裂的重要方法,它通过重建肩关节力偶、恢复外展旋转肌肌力,缓解疼痛和改善肩关节功能。其适用于年轻、活动量大且无明显骨关节炎的肩袖撕裂患者。既往手术史、肩胛下肌撕裂、小圆肌功能受损等均会影响背阔肌肌腱移位术的疗效。随着该项技术的推广,手术方法也得到了一系列改进。该文对背阔肌肌腱移位术治疗不可修复性巨大肩袖撕裂进展作一综述。
