创伤性颈脊髓中央管综合征研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 创伤性颈脊髓中央管综合征(TCCS)是最常见的不完全性脊髓损伤,其损伤机制、影像学表现及临床症状具有一定的特征性。目前临床评估此类损伤采用较多的是下颈椎损伤分类(SLIC)评分系统,但手术治疗TCCS的最佳时机及最佳入路尚无公认标准。该文对TCCS损伤机制、诊断及评分和手术治疗等作一综述。
