摘要
针对印尼途琥炼焦煤的应用存在的分岐及认识盲区,利用鞍钢建立的炼焦煤评价体系对途琥煤进行煤质评价,并与鞍钢目前相近煤种进行比对分析,结果显示:印尼途琥煤属于品质较好的1/3焦煤,具有较好黏结性和结焦性指标、较宽的塑性温度范围,显微结构特征显示其属于单一煤层煤,镜质组平均最大反射率为1.037,途琥煤灰中碱酸比较大、碱金属含量较高。在全面、准确掌握途琥煤煤质特性的基础上,建议将途琥煤与其他煤种配合使用,并给出了应用煤岩方案进行配煤的具体实例,为鞍钢海外发展进行技术储备。
With regard to the existing differences of opinion and blind spots of understanding on the application of Tuhup coking coal from Indonesia, the coal quality of Tuhup coal was evaluated by the Ansteel Evaluation System for Coking Coal. After that the analysis by comparing it with similar types of coal used in Ansteel now was done. The analytical results show that Tuhup coal from Indonesia is similar to the feature of one third coking coal with preferable caking property and cokeability and relatively broad limit of ductility temperature, whose microstructure characteristics indicate that it is the kind of coal with single coal seam and the mean maximum reflectivity of its vitrinite is 1.037, but its coal ash has higher ratio of alklia to acid with higher content of alkali metal. On the basis of comprehensive and accurate understanding of the characteristics of Tuhup coal, it is suggested that Tuhup coal can be blended with other types of coal and actual examples based on coal blending scheme by coal petrography blending were given, which can be the technological reserve for overseas development for Ansteel.
