一测多评法测定白花丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A、隐丹参酮和丹参酮Ⅰ的含量

Determination of tanshinone Ⅱ_A,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅰ in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-maker

目的《山东省中药材标准》中收载的白花丹参项下只控制了丹参酮Ⅱ_A一种成分,现参考《中国药典》(2010年版)丹参项下丹参酮类测定方法,通过实验验证该方法在白花丹参药材中应用的准确性和可行性,达到质量可控的目的。方法测定白花丹参药材中3个有效成分,将其作为指标性成分,利用公式计算确立3种成分的相对校正因子,得到隐丹参酮和丹参酮Ⅰ的含量,达到一测多评的目的。同时以外标法测得数据,进行比较。结果线性关系良好,方法精密度,重复性符合要求。结论该方法适用于白花丹参的含量测定,重现性良好,具备可行性。

Objective Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge only controls tanshinone Ⅱ_A written in Standard Chinese herbal medicines in Shandong Province,and now to use quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-maker to measure the c-ontent of tanshinone ⅡA,tanshinone Ⅰ and cryptotanshinone in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge to test the accuracy and practicability of this method.Methods To make these three active ingredients as indicators,creat the relative response factors of tanshinone Ⅱ_A,cryptotanshinoe and tanshinone Ⅰ,calculate the content of cr yptotanshinoe and tanshinone Ⅰ,and determine the contents of indicators with externalstandard method,compare the difference between calculated value and measured value,in order to test the accuracy and practicability of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-maker.Results The solvent had good linear relationship and the precision and reproducibility of the method were in accord wih the requests.Conclusion This method was reproducible,feasible,and suitable for the determination of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
