The influencing factors of pharmacokinetics of nifedipine oral preparation

摘要 硝苯地平在临床上广泛应用于高血压和心绞痛的治疗,临床疗效已得到充分的肯定。然而在临床应用中仍存在着一定的个体差异。本文通过查阅相关报道,汇总文献资料,对可能造成硝苯地平药代动力学差异的相关因素进行探讨。 Nifedipine is widely used for the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris,and its clinical efficacy has been confirmed. However,there still exists difference among individuals in efficacy and safety. This article reviewed literatures about possible factors that may cause the differential of nifedipine pharmacokinetics.
