我国是空调设备的生产大国,然而空调设备中的压缩机接线端子所需要的封接玻璃粉基本上从国外进口。为了打破国外封接玻璃粉在中国市场上的垄断地位,本公司在分析、比较国外铁封玻璃粉的基础上,通过参考有关国内外专利文献,以及在国内压缩机端子封接企业的配合与支持下,研制生产了具有独立自主知识产权的FJ-6D系列铁封玻璃粉,达到了压缩机接线端子对铁封玻璃的严格性能要求,为提供大批量、高可靠压缩机接线端子封接用玻璃粉打下了良好基础。

Although China is a global huge producer of air-conditioning equipment,the compressor terminals of the air-conditioning equipment still have to use imported glass granules as sealing material.In order to alleviate this situation,based on analyzing and comparing imported glass granules,referring to worldwide related patents,and with the help of domestic compressor terminals producers we have successfully investigated and developed our own glass sealing material,which was known as FJ-6D series of glass powder. It has satisfied the stringent requirements of the compressor terminals and is able to make possible to produce sealing glass powder massively and reliably for compressor terminals.
