金银花含漱液联合牙周基础治疗对重度牙周炎疗效的临床研究

Combined therapy of Honeysuckle gargle with periodental non-surgical treatment on severe periodontitis

目的:观察金银花含漱液联合牙周基础治疗对重度牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:选取牙周科纳入70例患有重度牙周炎的患者,治疗组采用牙周基础治疗联合金银花含漱液治疗,对照组采用牙周基础治疗联合浓度3%双氧水治疗,均为每天饭后含漱3次。并于2、4周后对患者牙周临床指标,如患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)等相关临床指标进行记录,并对龈沟液中炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量进行测量。结果:重度牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗联合金银花含漱液治疗4周后,龈沟出血指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者IL-6的含量降低。结论:金银花含漱液联合牙周基础治疗能改善患者的临床自觉症状,对治疗重度牙周病有一定的效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Honeysuckle gargle with periodental non -surgical treatment on severe periodon-titis.Method 70 cases of patients were chosen in communities and randomly divided into two groups：scaling with Honeysuckle so-lution （test group）and scaling with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution （control group）.After 2 and 4 weeks,every teeth included were examined with plaque index （PLI ）、sulcus bleeding index （SBI ）、probing depth （PD）、attachment loss （AL） and IL -6.Results After 4 weeks,the test group exhibited lower relative index than control group （P 〈0.05）,such as PLI,SBI,PD,AL and IL -6.Conclusion Honeysuckle gargle with periodental non -surgical treatment have obvious effect on treatment of severe per-odontitis.
