摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下保留脾脏胰体尾切除的术后护理经验。方法:从术前护理、术后常规护理、术后并发症以及出院指导等方面分析了45例腹腔镜下保留脾脏胰体尾切除术后的护理特点。结果:45例患者均恢复较好。结论:做好术后护理工作,有利于减少术后并发症,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To study the postoperative nursing of laparoscopic spleen - preserving distal pancreatecto-my.Method The characteristics of nursing for the 45 patients of laparoscopic spleen -preserving distal pancreatectomy were ana-lyzed in following aspects,preoperative nursing,the routinely nursing,postoperative complications discharge guidance.Results All of the patients had excellent recovery.Conclusion Postoperative nursing can reduce the postoperative complications,and promote the patient recover soon.
