多切口开窗引流术治疗复杂性肛周脓肿效果观察

Effect of multiple incision drainage in the treatment of complicated anal abscess

目的探讨复杂性肛周脓肿多切口开窗引流术疗效观察。方法回顾性分析58例复杂性肛周脓肿患者多切口开窗引流术的病历资料。结果术后治愈率达98.5%,术后均无严重并发症出现,术后20~35 d可痊愈出院。结论多切口开窗引流术对于治疗复杂性肛周脓肿患者痛苦小,术后复发率低的优势,值得临床的推广应用。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of multiple incision drainage in the treatment of complicated anal abscess.Methods The data of 58 cases of complicated anal abscess in patients with multiple incision drainage were retrospectively analyzed.Results After operation,the cure rate was 98.5%,There were no serious complications after operation,Postoperative 20 to 35 days can be cured and discharged.Conclusion Multiple incision drainage for the treatment of complicated anal abscess patients with smal pain,Advantages of low recurrence rate after opera-tion,worthy of clinical popularization and Application.
