医学生对器官系统整合课程改革的评价调查分析——以齐齐哈尔医学院为例 被引量:10

摘要 目的以学生的角度探讨评价器官系统整合课程的教学成果,分析课程整合的优势与不足。方法经过大量查阅文献后,调查问卷的方式,对我院2012级教改班进行的器官系统整合课程的满意度做出调查。结果课程改革增加了学科联系,有利于培养学生临床思维,可以提高其自主学习能力;同时课程整合也存在一些不足,如缺乏系统完善的教材,授课教师缺乏器官系统整合知识,课程安排不合理,以及部分学生适应不了课程整合模式的学习等。结论器官系统课程整合的教学改革,是一个系统的改革,教学理念、教学方法、教师培养和教材建设等需要整体布局,功能完善,才能取得较好的教学效果。 Objective To discuss advantages and disadvantages of curriculum integration with the perspective of students and evaluate teaching results of organ systems integration.Methods The methods of Hterature retrieval and questionnaire are used to make a survey of satisfaction for class teaching reform of grade 2012 in our college.Results The advantages of curriculum integration are increasing the contact of subjects,cultivating the clinical thinking and improving the ability of autonomic learning.The disadvantages are the lack of textbooks which are system and complete,teachers lack of organ system integration knowledge,unreasonable curriculum and some of students can't adopt the learning of curriculum integration.Conclusions Organ systems integration,a system reform,which needs teaching concept,teaching methods,teacher training and textbooks construction.If we want to achieve good teaching effect,they need overall layout and complete function.
