模拟教育在台湾医学临床实践教学中的应用

Application of Medical Simulation Education in Taiwan Clinical Skill Training

临床实践教学是培养高水平医生的重要环节。随着社会的进步及患者自我保护意识的增强,直接以患者为对象进行医学生临床技能训练的传统临床实践教学面临着严峻的考验。实践表明,模拟教育具有无风险、可重复及过程可控的特点,是目前最值得采用、也是最高效的临床技能教学方式。本文将分四部分对模拟教育及其在台湾的应用加以介绍,目的是对中国大陆模拟教育的发展提供借鉴和帮助。

Clinical skill training is an important stage for culturing high-level doctors with the progress of the society and die increasing awareness of patient self-protection,traditional clinical skill training that direcdy uses real patient as subject is gradually facing severe challenges.Simulation education is risk-free,reproducible and controllable.Moreover,it is the most adoptable and efficient clinical skill education model at present In order to provide reference or help for the development of simulation education in China's Mainland,this paper will introduce simulation education and its application in Taiwan province from four aspects.
