双语学习词典插图对二语词汇深度习得的影响

摘要 双语学习词典作为二语词汇的承载者,是学习二语词汇的主要媒介之一。文章主要以实证研究的方式,调查学生基于双语学习词典中的有图词条和无图词条所掌握的词汇深度(vocabulary depth),即二语词汇知识的接受性和产出性。运用SPSS 21.0软件对词汇深度测试数据进行分析,探讨有图词条和无图词条对二语词汇知识的接受性和产出性的影响。基于实验结果可见,双语学习词典插图对二语词汇深度习得具有促进作用。 Bilingual learners' dictionaries are the main media of L2 vocabulary learning. This paper investigates into the vocabulary depth the students obtain from the bilingual learner's dictionary entries with or without pictorial illustrations, including receptive and productive knowledge. SPSS 21. 0 is then used to analyze the data of the vocabulary depth test,in an effort to explore the influence of these entries on the receptive and productive knowledge of L2 vocabulary. It is proved that pictorial illustrations in bilingual learners' dictionaries can promote L2 vocabulary depth acquisition.
