摘要 为了获得鼠笼弹性支承准确的刚度值,基于实验测试、有限元数值仿真和理论公式推导,进行了鼠笼弹性支承刚度的实验和计算研究。首先,施加不同的外力,进行鼠笼刚度的测试;然后,从网格划分、有无倒角、外力施加位置和边界约束条件四个方面开展鼠笼刚度有限元的数值仿真计算的研究;最后,在充分考虑鼠笼条截面形状、鼠笼条的弯曲方向和受力方向不平行等因素的基础上,进行了鼠笼刚度理论公式的推导。对比实验测试、有限元仿真和理论公式计算得到的鼠笼刚度值可知,网格划分、边界约束条件、有无倒角对鼠笼刚度的有限元计算结果有较大影响,其中,网格划分的影响最大,而外力施加位置对鼠笼刚度的实验测试结果影响较小。 In order to obtain accurate squirrel cage elastic support stiffness, the squirrel cage elastic support stiffness was studied by the experimental test, the finite element numerical simulation and the theoretical formula. First of all, the squirrel cage elastic support stiffness was tested by applying different external forces. Then, finite element numerical simulation research was carried out for researching the support stiffness, in four different areas meshing, with or without the presence of chamfering, external force location and the boundary of the constraints. Finally, The theory formula of the squirrel cage elastic support stiffness was studied, on the basis of considering the shape of cross section, the bending direction and stress direction of the squirrel-cage that was not parallel, etc. It was shown that meshing, boundary constraint conditions, presence of chamfering had a great influence on the finite element calculation results by contrasted experiment testing, finite element simulation and the calculation of theoret-ical formula. There into the meshing had the most important influence, nevertheless, external forces applied position of squirrel cage for the stiffness experiment testing had little influence.[
