摘要
硫酸钡垢结构致密且一般不溶于酸,目前针对该类垢型最有效的解决办法就是在注入水中加入化学阻垢剂。选取DETPMP、EDTMPS、GY-405、HX-1、AMPS(2-丙烯酸-2-甲基丙磺酸)五种阻垢剂进行复配,采用钡离子络合滴定方法筛选出阻垢效果较好的复配型阻垢剂,再利用正交实验优化阻垢剂的配方。实验结果表明:阻垢剂两两复配时,GY-405与DETPMP在复配比为2:1时对硫酸钡垢阻垢效果最好,阻垢率最高可达到62.36%;三种阻垢剂复配时,利用正交软件可知,在GY-405、DETPMP、AMPS的浓度分别为25 mg/L、25 mg/L、15 mg/L时,该复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钡的阻垢效果最好,可达80%以上。选取Ba2+浓度、温度、矿化度、p H作为影响因素,对复配阻垢剂进行正交评价实验。通过正交实验可知,在四种因素共同作用下,当矿化度为42 g/L、Ba2+浓度为800 mg/L、p H为7、温度为85℃时,复配阻垢剂对硫酸钡阻垢率最大。四种因素中,复配阻垢剂对硫酸钡阻垢效果的影响大小的排序为Ba2+浓度>p H>矿化度>温度。
Since barium sulfate scale compact structure and generally insoluble in acid, for such duty the most effective solution is to inject water by adding chemical inhibitors. The performance of five scale inhibitions DET- PMP nEDTMPS nGY-405 nHX- 1 nAMPS and their combination was investigated by Barium ion complexometric titration method. Choose the better complextype inhibitors, reuse orthogonal test scale inhibitor formulation. When two kinds of scale inhibitor cooperated, the effect of scale inhibitor GY-405 with DETPMP was best, and when GY- 405 DETPMP was 2 : 1, the scale inhibition rate reached to 62. 36%. T he synergistic effect of the ternary system was even better, system GY-405, DTPMP, AMPS concentrations were 25 mg / L , 25 mg / L , 15 mg/L showed the best anti-scaling performance. The effect of temperature, Ba^2+ concentration, pH,and salinity on the scale inhibi-ting performance of ternary system was studied by the orthogonal experiment too. The orthogonal experiment results showed that under the conditions of Ba^2+ concentration at 800 mg/L, the pH at 7, the temperature at 75 ℃and the salinity at 42 g/L, the scale inhibition rate was the maximum. The sequence of the influence on the barium sulfate scale inhibition effect among the four factors was as follows, Ba2 + concentration 〉 pH 〉 salinity 〉 temperature.
