摘要
目的采用Meta分析方法评价母乳喂养对糖尿病所娩婴幼儿超重及肥胖发生的影响。方法检索有关对糖尿病所娩子代母乳喂养相关文献,按照特定的纳入和排除标准选择文献并提取数据,用Review Manager5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果最终共纳入7篇非随机对照试验（MINROS评分在16~23分）,数据分析结果显示,母乳喂养组与人工喂养组在超重[OR=0.50,95%CI（0.40,0.61）,P〈0.001]、肥胖[OR=0.37,95%CI（0.27,0.51）,P〈0.001]方面差异均有统计学意义。结论母乳喂养能有效减少糖尿病所娩子代超重及肥胖的发生,对子代健康有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the influence of breastfeeding by diabetic mothers on the incidence of overweight and obesity in infants by Meta Analysis. Methods Documents relevant to breastfeeding of the offspring delivered by diabetic mellitus patients were retrieved and selected according to specific inclusive and exclusive criteria. Statistics were extracted and meta analyzed by Review Manager 5. 3. Results 7 articles of non-randomized controlled trials were eventually included（ MINROS scores between 16 and 23）. Data analysis results showed that difference of incidence of overweight [OR = 0. 50,95% CI（ 0. 40,0. 61）,P0. 001] and obesity [OR = 0. 37,95% CI（ 0. 27,0. 51）,P〈0. 001] between breastfeeding group and artificial group are both statistically significant. Conclusion Breastfeeding can effectively reduce incidence of overweight and obesity of the offspring delivered by diabetes mellitus patients,which has important significance in health of the offspring.
