四川省县级公立综合医院基本情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Basic Situation of County Public General Hospitals in Sichuan Province

目的通过对四川省55家县级公立综合医院基本情况的调查分析,掌握四川省县级公立综合医院的基本情况,为县级公立综合医院改革提供参考依据。方法自设问卷对四川省55家县级公立综合医院基本情况进行调查。结果 55家县级公立综合医院的建筑规模不断扩增,床位使用率均超过国家公立医院标准,外聘人员数量多,医保患者门诊和住院患者产生的费用中药品费的比例居高不下,取消药品加成后补偿机制不到位。结论县级公立综合医院工作效率有待提高,药品费用有进一步控降的空间,医保费用管理需进一步优化。

Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of 55 county-level public hospitals in Sichuan Province,to master the basic situation of the county public hospitals in Sichuan Province,and to provide a reference for the reform of public hospitals in the county. Methods The basic situation of 55 county-level public general hospitals in Sichuan province was investigated by a questionnaire designed by us. Results The construction scale of 55 county-level public general hospitals was continuously expanded and the utilization rate of beds was more than national standards in public hospitals. The number of external personnel was large. The proportion of the cost of medicine products in medicare patients out of the hospital and inpatient were high. The compensation mechanism of cancellation drug plus was not in place. Conclusion The efficiency of work in county-level public hospitals needs to be improved. Drug costs have the space to be further reduced. And the management of medical insurance costs needs to be further optimized.
