摘要
目的分析南昌市男男性接触者(MSM)艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)人群流行病学特征,为今后对该人群开展干预提供参考。方法收集艾滋病综合防治信息系统中南昌地区281例MSM HIV/AIDS病例资料,分析人口学特征、地区及人群分布、时间分布及流行趋势。结果南昌市2005年1月1日至2014年9月30日共报告281例MSM HIV/AIDS病例,已婚者配偶HIV筛查结果阳性率为8.3%,大专及以上学历病例中有2个及以上性伴数者为75.9%。职业城乡分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.27,P=0.010)。MSM AIDS病例占总报告数的比质量由2005年的1.6%、2006年的2.6%上升到2013年的17.3%、2014年的24.9%(χ2=54.2,P=0.000);性传播途径报告数的比质量由2005年的6.3%、2006年的5.6%,上升到2013年的18.0%、2014年的26.5%(χ2=35.9,P=0.000)。MSM HIV/AIDS人群呈现年轻化、高学历化、多性伴及未婚者居多等特征。结论南昌市MSM人群中艾滋病疫情不容乐观,干预措施亟待开展。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Nanchang,and to provide reference for the intervention of HIV/AIDS.Methods Data of 281 MSM patients living with HIV/AIDS in Nanchang were collected from the information system for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS to analyze the demographic characteristics,area distribution,population distribution,temporal distribution and epidemiological trends.Results A total of 281 MSM patients with HIV/AIDS were reported between January1,2005 and September 30,2014 in Nanchang.The positive rate of HIV among married spouses was 8.3%.The percentage of patients with college degree or above who had 2or more sexual partners was 75.9%.There was a significant difference in the occupational distribution between urban and rural areas(χ2=29.27,P=0.010).The percentage of MSM patients with AIDS among the total reported cases increased from 1.6%in 2005 and 2.6%in 2006 to 17.3%in 2013and24.9%in 2014(χ2=54.2,P=0.000).The percentage of MSM patients with sexual transmission of HIV increased from 6.3%in 2005 and 5.6%in 2006 to 18.0%in 2013 and 26.5%in 2014(χ2=35.9,P=0.000).The characteristics of MSM population with HIVAIDS included younger age,advanced degree,multiple sexual partners and spinsterhood.Conclusion The epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS among MSM population in Nanchang is not optimistic,and the interventions are necessary to be carried out.
