糖尿病并发脑梗死50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Diabetic Patients with Clinical Characteristics of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨糖尿病患者并发脑梗死的临床特点。方法选取2012年7月—2014年7月该院收治的50例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为观察组,与同期住院的60例非糖尿病性脑梗死患者(对照组)临床资料进行对比分析。结果观察组患者中、重度神经功能缺损发生率明显高于对照组,治疗效果差于对照组,并发症发生率高于对照组,两组比较差异显著均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死患者临床疗效、预后普遍较单纯脑梗死患者差。

Objective To explore the clinical features of diabeticpatients with cerebral throm bosis. Methods Wechose 50 cases of diabeticpat ien ts with c e re b ra l thrombosis from July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospi tal as observation group , and then wech ose 60 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis alone as control group , to an alyze the clinicaldata of the two group . Results The severe neuro logica ldeficit of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the effect an d complication of the control group was s ignificantly betterth an th a t of the observation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Conclusion The c l in ical efficacy and the prognosis of the diabetic patients with cerebral thrombosis were worse than that of patien ts with simple c e rebral throm bosis. The reasons may related with the high blood sugar. So Streng thening the analys is of the reason for formation of diabetic with cerebral thrombosis and s trengthening the inte rvent ion of blood glucose levels c an help to reduce the in cidence of the diseaseand complications, and can also improve the quality of life.
