消毒供应中心集中管理对护理质量及效率的影响

Influence of Centralized Management in Nursing Service Quality and Work Efficiency in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨集中式管理对消毒供应中心护理服务质量及工作效率的影响。方法医院消毒供应中心于2012年开始实施集中式管理,以2011年1月—2012年12月的管理为对照组,以2013年1月—2014年12月的管理为观察组,对比两组器械、包装盒清洁合格率及医院感染率,记录临床护理人员每天投入消毒护理的人数和间接护理时间。结果观察组器械、包装盒清洁、器械与包装盒灭菌合格率分别为99.17%、100.0%、98.75%,显著高于对照组90.0%、93.33%、94.57%(P<0.05);观察组医院感染率为0.40%,显著低于对照组的2.83%(P<0.05);观察组临床科室每天投入器械消毒的时间为(0.31±0.22)h,显著短于对照组的(2.07±1.41)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中式管理可提高消毒供应中心消毒质量,降低医源性感染率。

Objective To discuss the centralized management of disinfection supply center in influencing the nursing service quality and work efficiency. Method The disinfection supply center in the hos-pital began to implement the centralized management in 2012. In this study, the period from January 2010 to December 2011 is marked as “before management”,and the period during January 2012 to De-cember 2013 is marked as “after management” ？ The pass rate of the apparatus, the pass rate of packing boxes, as well as the infection rate of hospitalization of before and after management were compared. The daily number of nurses and indirect nursing time were recorded. Results After management, the pass rate of the apparatus, the pass rate of packing boxes and the disinfection rate of apparatus and packing boxes were respectively 99. 17% , 100. 0% and 98. 75% which were significantly higher than those of be-fore management （90. 0% , 93.33% and 94. 57% , supplement of the pass rate of before management）. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . After management, the infection rate of hospitalization was 0.40% which was significantly lower than that of before management 2. 83% . The difference was signifi-cant （P 〈0. 05） . After management, the daily disinfection time of apparatus from different clinical ad-ministrative offices was （0.31 ±0.22 ）h which was significantly shorter than that of before management （2. 07 ± 1.41） h. The comparison showed a statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Central-ized management can increases the quality of disinfection supply center and decreases the iatrogenic infec-tion rate.
