摘要
针对防波堤复杂环境下海边嵌岩桩施工中,场地填筑料、设备进入、泥浆池兴建及维护成本高、通长钢护筒埋设困难、灌注桩混凝土准确配料和水平及垂直运输、大坡比及大深度入岩困难等问题,有针对性地采用平板船运输石料,形成海上施工平台,搭设钢架平台,并在在施工平台上布置金属箱式泥浆池,同时安装自动计量搅拌系统和混凝土泵,使用冲锤式卷扬机和开孔技术等施工措施,有效解决了上述问题.防波堤嵌岩灌注桩成功实践,对同类海边嵌岩桩工程具有一定的研究及参考价值.
The construction problems and countermeasures of the rock embedded piles in the complex environment are discussed in the paper. The approaches adopted solve the problems effectively,such as the shipping of cast stone plate and the formation of offshore construction platform,which solves the transportation of space filling materials and equipment; the erection of steel bracket platform to support the construction platform of mechanical equipment; the layout of metal box mud pool in the construction platform to low the construction and maintenance cost of the tide beach surface mud pool; the adaptation of the vibration motivation to solve the problem of long steel tube burying; the installation of automatic metering and mixing system of concrete pump to ensure the concrete batching accuracy of the filling pile,as well as the vertical and horizontal transportation; the choice of hammer type hoist and hole technology to meet the demands of large slope ratio and large depth into rock. The breakwater rock socketed pile is proved to be a successful practice with research and reference value for similar engineering pile embedded in the sea.
