摘要
针对天生桥水库输水隧洞存在的建设质量差,边坡稳定性差、易形成高陡边坡等安全质量问题,经现场踏勘结合原设计资料及现行规范标准,对进水口和隧洞体结构强度进行了安全复核.经水力计算、衬砌支护结构配筋及裂缝开展宽度计算等论证分析,结果表明隧洞过流能力和结构强度能够满足规范要求.设计采用边坡锚固支护、拆除重建、回填固结灌浆等方案,输水隧洞整体性、完善性得到有效加固修复.
The safety and quality problems in water conveyance tunnel of Tianshengqiao Reservoir are introduced,including the poor construction quality,the poor slope stability which is easy to form a high and steep slope. Based on the site reconnaissance,the design data,the current specifications and standards,the structural strength safety review for the water inlet and tunnel has been done. From the hydraulic calculation,the reinforcing bars and crack width calculation for the tunnel lining supporting structure,and others analysis,the results show that: the flow capacity and structural strength of the water conveyance tunnel can meet the specification requirements. The practical and feasible reinforcement with slope anchor supporting,demolition and reconstruction,backfill consolidation grouting and other design scheme has been proposed,the integrity and reliability of water conveyance tunnel is effectively reinforced and repaired.
