摘要 制造业服务化对我国制造企业创新发展、转型升级和提升竞争力均有着非常重要的现实意义,选择合适的服务化路径是制造企业实现向服务化成功转型的关键。从顾客对产品不同阶段关注点的变化入手,采用矩阵分析法找出基于顾客不同阶段需求而产生的差异化服务商机,然后针对不同类别的制造业服务化效果展开比较分析,最后结合不同行业的制造企业服务化路径的特点和方向进行归纳及举证,进而提炼出制造业服务化的多元路径,为我国制造企业服务化提供参考及借鉴。 the manufacturing service of manufacturing enterprises in our country new development, transformation and Upgrading and enhance the competitiveness of a very important practical significance.Choosing the appropriate service path is the key to the successful transformation of the manufacturing enterprise to the service.From the customer to the product of different stages of attention changes,the matrix analysis method is used to find out the difference service opportunities which are produced by the different stages of customer demand,Then compare and analyze the effects of different types of manufacturing services,At last, the characteristics and direction of the service path of manufacturing enterprises in different industries are summarized,then we can extract the multi - path of manufacturing service, and provide reference for our country "s manufacturing enterprise" s service.
