摘要
环境影响评价作为一项重要的环境管理制度,是休闲农业开发建设的环境准入前提。该文对休闲农业建设项目环境影响评价的基本内涵和重点内容进行阐述,并针对环境影响评价工作中存在的问题,从加强环评机构管理、引导公众有效参与、完善环评审批制度等方面提出加强休闲农业建设项目环境影响评价相关对策建议。
As an important environmental management system,the environmental impact assessment is the prerequisite for the development and construction of leisure agriculture.In this paper,the basic connotation and key contents of the environmental impact assessment of leisure agriculture construction project are described.Then,in view of the existing problems in the environmental impact assessment,some countermeasures were put forward,which included strengthening the management of EIA agencies,guiding the public to participate effectively,and perfecting the EIA approval system.
