福清市发展海洋经济的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Development of Marine Economy in Fuqing

21世纪是海洋的世纪,发展海洋经济是大势所趋。福清市海洋自然资源丰富,海洋文化独特,发展海洋经济具有一定的优势。近几年,福清市临港工业发展迅速、渔业经济稳步发展、园区建设有序推进等,发展海洋经济成效颇丰。但海洋产业结构有待进一步优化、海洋科技贡献率较低、海洋的开发与保护出现失衡等问题制约了海洋经济的可持续发展。未来,福清市应优化海洋产业结构,提升海洋科技创新能力,并加大对海洋环境的保护力度,以实现"海洋大市"向"海洋强市"的转变。

The 21 st century is the century of marine,so the development of the marine economy has been an irresistible trend.As Fuqing is rich in marine natural resources and its marine culture is unique,there are certain advantages for Fuqing to develop marine economy.In recent years,Fuqing has achieved remarkable effects in developing marine economy,such as expanding the harbor industry rapidly,developing the fishery economy steadily,promoting the construction of industrial park orderly,etc.But the existing problems have restricted the sustainable development of marine economy in Fuqing,for example,the marine industrial structure needs further optimization,the marine scientific and technological contribution rate is lower,and there is an imbalance in the development and protection of ocean.In the future,Fuqing should optimize the marine industrial structure,enhance the marine scientific and technological innovation capability,and increase the protection for marine environment,thus to achieve the change from ＂big marine city＂to＂strong marine city＂.
