提高口腔医学生医学人文素养的思考

The importance and strategy for the improvement of the medical humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates

现代医学教育不仅要重视医学理论与技术教育,更需重视医学人文精神教育。本文分析了口腔医学生医学人文素养并不容乐观的现状,以及目前我国口腔医学生医学人文素养缺乏的原因,并结合我院近年来的实践经验提出了若干提高口腔医学生医学人文精神的措施,旨在进一步强化口腔医学生人文课程设置,提高其爱岗敬业精神、语言沟通能力、矛盾解决技巧等综合人文素养。

With economical and social development,modern medical education requires not only the teaching of medical knowledge and skills,but more importantly,the teaching of humanistic spirit.Currently,the level of medi-cal humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates is not very optimistic.The present paper analyzes the reasons why the stomatological undergraduates are lack of medical humanistic spirit,and provides strategies to improve the medical humanistic spirit of stomatological undergraduates based on the recent practice of our hospital.The aim of this paper is to improve clues for curriculum design,and to improve professional dedication,communication and problem -solving abilities of stomatological undergraduates.We think that the improvement of the medical humanistic spirit of stomatolog-ical undergraduates can be an effective way to decrease the conflict between doctors and patients.
