摘要
目的:探讨眶部受植区不同骨密度对种植体骨界面应力分布的影响。方法:建立8个不同HU值(300~10 000)骨密度的眶部种植体-颅颌面骨三维有限元模型,给予沿种植体轴向20 N的载荷,记录Von-Mises应力峰值和位移峰值,分析其应力分布。结果:随着骨密度值增高,应力峰值和位移峰值均出现下降,在800~1 000 HU条件下,应力峰值和位移峰值下降不明显。结论:眶部受植区骨密度小于800 HU时,骨密度对种植体的成功率有直接影响。
Objective: To observe the effects of orbital bone density on the stress distribution of implant-bone surface. Methods:The 3D finite element analysis craniofacial model with eight HU values( 300- 10 000) was established. A force of 20 N along the implant axis was applied on the model. The stress values and distribution were calculated and analyzed. Results: The peak of stress value and displacement discreased as HU value increased. In the range of HU value 800- 1 000 HU,the peak of stress value and displacement of bone interface did not significantly change with the increasing of HU value. Conclusion: Orbital bone density is an important factor on orbital implant failure when HU value below 800.
