空间站运营任务安全性评估工作研究

Study on Safety Assessment of Space Station Operation Missions

针对空间站运营管理中保证航天员和平台安全的需求,介绍了国际空间站安全性工作组织架构和工程活动实施经验,从我国空间站在轨寿命长、在轨任务多、安全性要求高等特点出发,从与人机工效相关的安全性工作、有效载荷安全性认定、以安全性为中心的维修、风险量化分析与控制、建立运营任务安全性规范体系五个方面提出了空间站运营任务的安全性评估工作思路,可以为我国空间站工程安全性技术体系的建立提供借鉴和参考。

One of the critical tasks for the space station during the operation stage is to ensure the safety of the crew and the platform. This paper introduced the safety work organization framework and engineering experiences of the International Space Station and analyzed the mission characteristics of China＇s space station during the operation stage. Then a safety assessment methodology for space station operation missions was proposed including the aspects of payloads safety identification,safety-based maintenance and probabilistic risk analysis and control.
