摘要
长期在空间站工作的航天员需要解决在水资源短缺的情况下洗浴的问题,这不仅仅关乎航天员自身的生理问题,还关系到座舱的卫生和航天员心理健康,所以需要开发一种低泡易冲洗的沐浴产品使航天员可以少水洗浴。针对此需求设计了一款以天然表面活性剂为主要有效成分、天然防腐剂和抑菌剂为主要辅料的沐浴产品。利用正交优化方法,以产品的起泡性和感官评价为指标筛选低泡易冲洗且洁净度好的产品配方。对该配方产品做进一步的反应条件优化和理化稳定性检测,从中得到一个最佳的复合配方产品,达到了天然无刺激、低泡易冲洗、洁净度高的效果。
The bath problem of the astronauts on the space station during long term missions needs to be solved due to the water shortage. It is not only a physiological problem,but also relates to the mental health of astronauts and the hygiene of the spacecraft cabin. So it is necessary to develop an easily rinsed body wash product with less water usage when taking a shower. A bath product formula was designed in this paper which took the natural surfactant as the main effective component and natural preservatives and bacteriostatic agents as the auxiliary materials. It was optimized through optimization method and then tested to screen the low foam and easily washing product formula by the foaming feature and sensory evaluation. After that,further optimization of the reaction conditions and the physical and chemical stability test were conducted. Based on a series of experiments and tests,an optimal formula of composite product with no stimulation,low foaming,easily washing and well cleaning was obtained.
