加味活络效灵丹联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片对晚期癌性疼痛的缓解作用及对生活质量的影响

Modefied Huoluo Xiaoling Pill and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet in Treating for Advanced Caner Pain

目的：观察加味活络效灵丹联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片对晚期癌性疼痛的缓解作用及对生活质量的影响。方法：将150例中、重度晚期癌性疼痛患者随机分为对照组74例和观察组76例。对照组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上,加用加味活络效灵丹治疗（方药组成：当归15 g,丹参15 g,乳香15 g,没药15 g,黄芪30 g,人参12 g,白术15 g,茯苓15 g,白英30 g,蜈蚣2条,全蝎10 g,炙甘草10 g）。两组患者疗程均为14 d。两组患者治疗前后进行疼痛评价和生活质量评分,并观察两组患者不良反应。结果：观察组疼痛缓解率为86.84%,对照组疼痛缓解率为74.32%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=6.013,P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组食欲、精神、睡眠、疼痛、自身对癌症的认识、日常生活、面部表情等维度评分和生活质量总分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组患者均有与羟考酮有关的不良反应,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=49.748,P〈0.01）。结论：加味活络效灵丹配合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期中、重度癌性疼痛患者,能明显缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者生活质量,减轻羟考酮的不良反应,临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective： to observe the relieving effect of Modefied Huoluo Xiaoling Pill combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet in Treating for Advanced Caner Pain and the positive effect on the quality life of patients. Methods： 150 cases of patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet in the treatment,while the observation group was treated with Modefied Huoluo Xiaoling Pill therapy in addition to that of the control group,The prescription being consists of： Angelica 15 g,Salvia 15 g,Frankincense 15 g,Myrrh 15 g,Astragalus 30 g,Ginseng 12 g,Atractylodes 15 g,Poria 15 g,White British 30 g,Centipede 2,Scorpion 10 g and Licorice 10 g. One course of treatment lasted for 14 d. Before and after treatment pain Evaluation and the life quality scoring of the two groups of patients were carried out,and the adverse reactions happened to the patients were also observed. Results： The pain relief rate of the observation group（ 86. 84%） is significantly higher than that of the control group（ 74. 32%）（ χ~2= 6. 013,P 〈0. 05）. The rates in appetite,mental state,sleep,pain,cancer awareness,everyday life,facial expressions and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with the differences being statistically significant（ P 〈0. 01） after treatment; Both groups of patients experienced common adverse reactions caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group（ 52. 6%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 101. 3%）（ χ~2= 49. 748,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Modefied Huoluo Xiaoling Pill combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet in treatment of advanced cancer pain patients achieved better clinical efficacy,which can relieve pain,improve the life quality of patients and reduce the side effects caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet.
