从经络学说看《伤寒论》太阳经病证提纲的历史演变

Historical Evolution of Syndrome Treatise of Taiyang Meridian Syndrom From Perspective of Meridian Doctrine

以经络学说为切入点探讨《伤寒论》太阳经病证提纲的演变和发展过程。通过对《足臂十一脉灸经》《阴阳十一脉灸经》《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》等文献进行考证和分析,梳理经络学说和《伤寒论》太阳病证提纲的"源"和"流"。可见,经络学说对所蕴含的早期"伤寒提纲"的雏形和对《伤寒论》的影响。张仲景不仅通过经络学说的显性来表达,更是通过隐性的学说来解读《伤寒论》。如此梳理经络学说和太阳病证提纲理论完善的脉络,使我们看到伤寒六经学说形成与演变的雏形,和经络学说在其中起到的作用,从而做出较为客观的评价。

The evolution and development process of the syndrome treatise of Taiyang Meridian is to explored in perspective of Meridian Doctrine. By researches and analysis of the literature of Foot-hand^（-1）1 by Moxibustion,One of Yin and Yang Meridians Moxibustion,Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicien and Treatise on Cold-induced diseases,the sources and flows of the syndrome treatise of Taiyang Meridian are analyzed to find out the early influences of Meridian Doctrine on the birth process of Treatise on Cold-induced diseases. Zhongjing had accomplished his works not only through the explicit but also the implicit expression on meridian theories. In this way the historical evolution of syndrome treatise of Taiyang Meridian and even the Six Meridians are presented and the great importance of Meridian Doctrine played in the process is objectively evaluated.
