摘要
目的:观察鸡血藤提取物对大鼠离体主动脉舒张及抗血小板聚集的影响。方法:50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,阿司匹林组,鸡血藤提取物低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。通过体外血小板聚集实验,观察阿司匹林以及不同剂量鸡血藤提取物的体外抗血小板聚集作用;处死大鼠后对胸主动脉进行血管舒张功能检测实验,检测不同质量浓度的鸡血藤对血管的舒张作用。结果:阿司匹林,低剂量、中剂量、高剂量鸡血藤提取物均能显著降低5 min内最大血小板聚集率(P<0.05);离体血管内皮完整组血管舒张率显著高于对于去血管内皮组(P<0.05),且鸡血藤提取物在1×10^(-4)~1×10-3g·m L^(-1)质量浓度范围内,离体血管胸主动脉舒张率与之成正相关。结论:鸡血藤提取物在体外能抗血小板聚集,且对离体胸主动脉起到舒张作用。
Objective: To examine the effects of Spatholobus suberectus extracts on isolated vasodilation and anti-platelet aggregation of model rat. Methods: Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,aspirin group and Spatholobus suberectus extracts low,medium and high group. The anti-aggregation effects of aspirin and different doses of Spatholobus suberectus extracts through the platelet aggregation experiments in vitro and the isolated vasodilation of different density of Spatholobus suberectus extracts through vasodilation function tests were observed. Results: aspirin and low,medium and high dose Spatholobus suberectus extracts can significantly reduce the largest platelet aggregation within 5min( P 〈0. 05); The vasodilation rate of vascular endothelial complete group was significantly higher than that of the group with vascular endothelium removed( P 〈0. 05). The vasodilation rate is positively correlated with Spatholobus suberectus extract within 1 × 10^(-4)^(-1) × 10^(-3)g·m L^(-1)concentration range.Conclusion: Spatholobus suberectus extracts is effective in anti-platelet aggregation and play a diastolic role to aortic in vitro.
