摘要
以饱和聚酯树脂、多官能度异氰酸酯固化剂为主要原材料,分别运用锑溴协同阻燃、磷溴协同阻燃和磷阻燃技术,制得一种叠层母排用改性饱和聚酯胶黏剂。通过在聚酯薄膜上涂布,干燥后即制得叠层母排用绝缘胶膜,并对该绝缘胶膜的性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加多官能度异氰酸酯固化剂可以有效改善饱和聚酯胶黏剂的耐热性,提高绝缘胶膜与镀锡铜板间的高温剥离强度。含磷阻燃体系的阻燃效率优于锑溴阻燃体系和磷溴阻燃体系,添加55份含磷阻燃剂即可使绝缘胶膜的阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级。采用含磷阻燃体系制备的绝缘胶膜具有优异的电气性能和耐湿热老化性能,且具有较长的储存期。
Using saturated polyester and isocyanate curing agent as main raw materials, we prepared a modified saturated polyester adhesive for laminated busbar retarded by stibium-bromine synergistic flame retardant, phosphorus-bromine synergistic flame retardant, and phosphorus. Then the adhesive was coated on the PET film, and an insulation film for laminated busbar was obtained after drying. The properties of the insulation film were studied. The results show that adding isocyanate curing agent can effectively improve the heat resistance of the modified saturated polyester adhesive and enhance the igeel strength between insulation film and tinning copper plate under high temperature. The efficiency of phosphorus flame retardant system is higher than that of the stibium-bromine and phosphorus-bromine flame retardant system. The insulation film can reach UL94 V-0 by adding 55 shares of phosphorus flame retardant, and the insulation film with phosphorus flame retardant has excellent electrical properties, damp and heat ageing resistance, and long storage.
