乡村旅游:美丽家园的重塑与再造

Rural tourism:Remodeling and reconstruction of a beautiful homeland

乡村是实现美丽中国梦的重要区域。建设美丽中国及美丽家园的难点、重点、亮点均在乡村。大规模城镇化跃进态势下,出现了城镇包围乡村及乡村建设困境,美丽家园有待重塑与再造。乡村美丽家园应是以人为本的活化家园、人与自然和谐的生态家园、物质文明的富裕家园、精神文明的文化家园、整体关系的和谐家园。乡村旅游已成为走出乡村困境的重要抓手、寄托乡愁的主要纽带、乡村富民脱贫的有效途径。乡村旅游是"新乡村运动"的中坚、重塑与再造美丽家园的主要路径和关键点。乡村美丽家园重塑与再造的本质在宜业宜居、核心在"人的再乡村化"。乡村旅游促进乡村美丽家园再造的主要路径是:重识乡村价值,重构乡村文化;推动本土化规划与主题发展;实现乡村旅游产业在地化;鼓励乡村旅游社区参与,释放乡村活力;通过新型发展模式、社区治理等落地乡村旅游,构筑乡民安居乐业、旅游者旅居生活的美丽家园。

The rural area of China is a key factor for the realization of the wonderful Chinese dream, whose focus, highlights and difficulties are closely related to the construction of the new countryside of China. The large-scale urbanization in China has resulted in the enclosure of the countryside by cities; thus,there is a need for the remodeling and reconstruction of a beautiful homeland. Therefore, the beautiful rural homeland should be a humanity-centered,materially and spiritually wealthy one where man and nature coexist harmoniously. Rural tourism is a key motive force in the new rural development,an effective means for rural poverty-eradication and a good approach to the realization of the remodeling and reconstruction of a beautiful homeland,whose core is satisfactory employment and good living conditions as well as the reruralization of mankind. The promotion of the remodeling and recon- struction of a beautiful rural homeland relies on a re-understanding of its value, a reconstruction of the rural culture,a clear local planning and thematic development, the localization of the rural culture, more participation of village communities with greater vitality, and new development and management models with an integration of the interests of the local villagers and tourists.
