中老年糖尿病患者血浆Hs-CRP水平与血尿酸相关性及其临床影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨中老年糖尿病患者体内血尿酸水平对hs—CRP的影响,及hs—CRP与颈动脉粥样硬化和胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法将糖尿病患者112例按照其血尿酸水平分为两组,比较其hs—CRP、IMT及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果中老年糖尿病患者合并高尿酸血症hs—CRP水平高于血尿酸正常组,且IMR及HOMA—IR均与hs-CRP呈正相关。结论 hs-CRP可作为代谢性疾病的重要预测指标之一,仍需进一步的机制研究。 Abstract: Objective To study the relevance between hs-CRP and UA in diabetic patients and to explore the clinical value of hs-CRP. Methods A total of 112 participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to UA levels. Relevance between UA and hs-CPR was analyzed. The association between hs-CRP and IMT or HOMA-IR was explored. Results Hyperuricemia could increase the serum levels of hs-CRP, and hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with IMT and HOMA-IR. Conclusion hs-CRP might be used as a useful marker for metabolic diseases. Further studies in search for mechanisms are necessary.
