粮作农民“体面劳动”指标体系建设——基于河南省1803份问卷

Farm Workers' “Decent Work”Indexes System Build: Based on Henan Province'1803 Samples

本文引入马洛斯需求理论,构建粮作农民的"体面劳动"水平衡量指标体系,并进行统计学检验。结果表明,粮作农民"体面劳动"指标体系可以划分为生存、劳动条件、社会属性、被尊重、个人价值实现5个维度。利用在河南省调查所得的1803个有效样本数据,对体面劳动指标体系进行题项项目分析、内容效度与建构效度检验、信度分析的结果非常理想,说明量表本身能够有效地对粮作农民"体面劳动"水平进行衡量。

'Decent Work'covers many policy aims and strategic tasks such as income,labor enthusiasm,personal development, social position. et. However, relevant studies about farm workers are none. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is taken in this article for building index system measuring farm workers' 'decent work'level. The results shows that farm workers' decent work indexes system involves survive,work condition,social property,respected and personal value 5 dimensions,24 indexes. Project analysis,content validity,construct validity,reliability of the indexes are tested with use of1803 samples acquired in Henan province. Test shows that indexes system represents very well and can measure farm workers' 'decent work'level efficaciously.
