Uphold the Leading Role of Marxism and Develop Contemporary Chinese Women's Studies

马克思主义妇女理论和女性主义理论在根本出发点、核心议题、研究方法和目标指向上是一致的,坚持马克思主义的指导地位是当代中国女性研究和女性学发展的必然要求。当代中国女性研究和女性学发展要旗帜鲜明地坚持马克思主义的指导地位,借鉴和吸收中国传统文化和西方理论流派,形成中国特色的女性学和女性研究。

Marxist women theories and feminist theories see eye to eye with each other in their starting points, research focus,methods and objectives,thus upholding the leading role of Marxism is a must for contemporary Chinese women studies and the development of this discipline.In view of the problems in this area,this paper asserts the necessity to uphold the leading role of Marxism in contemporary Chinese women studies and devel-opment of related disciplines.What is also important is to learn and absorb some appropriate part from Chi-nese traditional and western theoretical schools to forge our women studies with Chinese characteristics.
