With the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on national philosophy and social science conference,this paper elaborates on the rich connotation of Chinese women’s studies as a systematic and spe-cialized discipline.It explores the significance for this discipline to remain systematic and specialized,the exist-ing problems and their causes.Furthermore,it suggests some policies and measures to achieve this purpose.
