一种高效多功能型阻垢剂的性能评价

Performance evaluation on a type of efficient and multi-functional scale inhibitor

以乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、聚天冬氨酸和自制阻垢剂ZGJ为原料,制备了一种高效多功能阻垢剂HK-369。HK-369具有同时高效阻CaCO_3、CaSO_4、BaSO_4垢3种垢的阻垢性能。当质量浓度为80mg·L^(-1)时,HK-369的阻垢效果明显优于油田常用阻垢剂。配伍性实验表明,HK-369与助排剂、粘土稳定剂、杀菌剂、破乳剂及缓蚀剂等压裂助剂具有较好的配伍性,可满足生产需求。

A type of efficient and multi-functional scale inhibitor HK-369 has been prepared by using sodium ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid ,phosphonic acid, homemade ZGJ inhibitors as raw materials. HK- 369 has efficiently antiscaling performance of three kinds of scale of CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4 at the same time. Anti-scaling performance of HK-369 is significantly better than the inhibitors which have frequently used by oilfields, when the dosage of the inhibitor is 80mg· L^-1. Compatibility experiments show that HK-369 and drainage aids, clay stabilizers, bactericides, demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors and other additives fracturing has good compatibility, can meet the production requirements.
