摘要
针对辽河油田高18块调驱体系成胶性差,调驱效果不理想的问题,对调驱体系配方浓度进行了筛选,认为凝胶中聚合物浓度范围在0.15%~0.2%,交联剂浓度的范围在0.15%~0.25%时强度最为理想。通过对弱凝胶体系的影响因素考查,配液水水质满足悬浮颗粒含量≤30mg·L^(-1)、粒径中值≤8μm、含油量≤20mg^(-1)、SRB≤10~2个·mL^(-1)、矿化度≤7000mg^(-1)时,调驱体系成胶性较好。
According to the poor performance of weak gel and bad displacement effect in Gao 18 block of Liao He oil field, we do the research on the recipe optimization of profile control agent, include the concentration of polymer and the concentration of the cross-link. The result shows that the strength of the gel is the most ac-ceptable when the polymer concentration in the gel with range of 1500-2000mg·L^-1, and the cross-linking with range of 1500-2500mg·L^-1.At the same time, by studying the influence factors of weak gel system, the gel would have the best performance when the water quality should meet the following requirements: suspended solid particles concentration ≤ 30mg·L^-1, median diameter ≤8μm, suspended oil concentration≤〈20mg·L^-1, SRB ≤ 10^2 ·mL, mineralization degree≤7000mg·L^-1.
