甘草泻心汤治疗放射性肠炎36例

Thirty-Six Cases with Radiation Enteritis Treated with Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction

目的:观察甘草泻心汤加味辨证治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将69例放射性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组33例,治疗组给予口服中药甘草泻心汤加味治疗,对照组给予口服氧氟沙星、蒙脱石散治疗,两组疗程均为2周,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组36例患者中治愈22例,好转14例,未愈0例,有效率为100.00%,对照组33例患者中治愈9例,好转13例,未愈11例,有效率为66.67%。治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤治疗放射性肠炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction on radiation enteritis. Methods：Totally 69 patients with radiation enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group （36 cases） and control group （33 cases ）. Treatment group were orally given Supplemented Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction while control group were given Ofloxacin and Montmorillonite Powder,2 weeks as a treatment course for both groups. The clinical effects of the two groups were com- pared. Results：The effective rate of treatment group were better than that in control group： the difference had statistical signifi- cance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on radiation enteritis.
