半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗胃溃疡60例

Sixty Cases With Gastric Ulcer Treated with Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合常规西药三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择本院消化内科2011年5月—2013年7月收治的120例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,依据给药方案不同随机分为对照组和研究组各60例。两组均给予西药三联疗法(奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素),研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加服半夏泻心汤,比较两组患者临床疗效及停药后1 a内的复发情况。结果:治疗4周和8周时,两组患者的溃疡疼痛强度VAS评分较治疗前均有明显改善,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组相比,其溃疡疼痛强度VAS评分和幽门螺杆菌感染的改善情况较为显著,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者停药后1 a内,研究组的复发率为10.87%,对照组的复发率为25.71%,研究组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合常规西药三联疗法治疗胃溃疡疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction combined with conventional triple therapy of western medicine on gastric ulcer. Methods ：Totally 120 patients with gastric ulcer admitted into the department of gastroenterol- ogy in this hospital between May ,2011 and July ,2013 were randomly divided into control group and research group according to different administration methods. Both groups were given triple therapy of western medicine （ omeprazote, amoxicillin, clarithromy-cin）. Research group were added with Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups and the recurrence condition within 1 a of drug withdrawal. Results：During the 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the VAS of ulcer pain degree got obvious improvement compared with before treatment, and the differonce had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, the VAS of ulcer pain degree and the improvement of helicobacter pylori infection were more obvious in research group,and the difference had statistical significance（P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate in research group was better than that in control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Within 1 a of the drug withdral in both groups, The recurrence rate was 10. 87% in research group and 25.71% in control group,with significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Pinellia Heart-Drai- ning Decoction combined with conventional triple therapy of western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer.
