牛大力对亚健康小鼠血常规影响的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨牛大力水提取物和醇提取物对亚健康状态小鼠血常规的影响。方法:将60只小鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、水提取高剂量组、水提取低剂量组、醇提取高剂量组、醇提取低剂量组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,其余5组小鼠被强迫站立在深0.8 cm水中,每天站立8 h,连续9 d以建立疲劳型亚健康状态模型。60只小鼠随机分为:空白对照组、模型对照组、水提物高剂量组、水提物低剂量组、醇提物高剂量组、醇提物低剂量组共6组。空白对照组正常饲养,不给药,其余各组均须造模,灌胃给药剂量是0.4 m L药液/10 g体质量,模型对照组灌胃给予生理盐水,给药实验组灌胃给予牛大力提取液,水提物高剂量组和醇提物高剂量组给药剂量均为80 g·kg^(-1),水提物低剂量组和醇提物低剂量组给药剂量均为20 g·kg^(-1),每日给药一次。最后一次灌胃给药24 h后摘眼球取血,检测各组小鼠红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞比容与血小板计数。结果:与空白对照组、模型对照组比较,牛大力各剂量给药组小鼠的白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞比容明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:牛大力可以提高亚健康状态小鼠的造血功能,但是对凝血功能没有影响。 Objective :To explore the influence of the water extract and alcohol extract of Nidali (Radix Millettiae Speciosae) on sub-health mice's blood routine examination. Methods :Totally 60 mice were divided into blank control group,model control group, water extract high dosage group, water extract low dosage group; alcohol extract high dosage group and alcohol extract low dosage group,with 10 mice in each group. Except for blank control group,the mice in other five groups were forced to stand in the water of 0.8 cm depth for 8h every day and for successive 9d to establish fatigued sub-health model. Oral administration with Nidali (Radix Millettiae Speciosae) group were given intragastric administration of 0.4 mL medicine liquid 10 g·d^-1. And after the last intragastric administration, blood was taken by extracting the eyeballs. The red blood cell count, white blood cell count, content of hemoglobin,hematocrit value and blood platelet count in each group was determined. Results:Compared with blank control group and sub-health model group, the red blood cell count, white blood cell count, content of hemoglobin and hematocrit value in each dosage of Nidali ( Radix Millettiae Speciosae) group apparently increases (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Nidali ( Radix Millettiae Speciosae) can improve the hematopoietie function of the sub-health mice, but it has no effect on the coagulation function.
