热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的Meta分析

A Meta Analysis of Infantile Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease Treated with Reduning Injection in Combination with Ribavirin

目的:观察热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文摘数据库(CBM)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中,有关热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的随机对照试验,检索时间为数据库建立至2015年6月。纳入研究的质量评价和资料提取由两名研究者独立严格进行,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入19个随机对照试验,共1968例小儿手足口病患儿。Meta分析结果显示:热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病在有效率、退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间、水疱结痂时间、住院时间、总病程等方面与对照组比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病具有一定的疗效性,但现有研究质量偏低,需要更多设计严谨的高质量、多中心的随机双盲临床研究进一步验证。

Objective ：To observe tile clinical curative effect of Reduning Injection（RDNI） in combination with ribavirin on infan- tile hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods：Computer retrieval of CBM, VIP,Wanfang Database and CNK1 were made to discover the random control experiments on RDNI in combination with ribavirin in treating infantile hand-foot-mouth disease. The retrieval time was from the foundation of the database to June of 2015. Included studies of quality assessment and data extraction were carried out by two researchers independently strictly by using Rev Man 5.3 software for Meta analysis. Results：At last 19 random control experiments including 1968 cases of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease were included, Meta analysis showed that in terms of the ef- fective rate, the time for removing fever, the time for healing oral ulcers, the time for removing herpes, the time for blisters scah, the time for hospitalization, the general disease course, the control experiment group and the control group had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： RDNI in combination with ribavirin has certain clinical curative effect on infantile hand-foot-mouth disease,but present research has low quality and needs random double-blind clinical stUdy with rigorous design,high quality and multiple centers for further verification.
