穿刺抽脓联合垫棉绑缚法治疗乳腺脓肿45例

Forty-Five Cases with Breast Abscess Treated by Puncturing for Abscess Aspiration Combined with Cotton Pad Drainage and Bondage

目的：观察穿刺抽脓联合垫棉绑缚法治疗乳腺脓肿的临床疗效。方法：2015年3-11月就诊于北京中医医院乳腺科的乳腺脓肿患者均给予穿刺抽脓联合垫棉绑缚法治疗。结果：45例患者经治疗后,43例临床症状消失,伤口无明显出血及感染,有2例患者穿刺后疼痛明显,需服用止痛片方能缓解疼痛。穿刺次数为1-5次,创口1-2 d愈合,术后未见明显疤痕和乳房变形,经B超复查乳腺脓肿消失。结论：穿刺抽脓联合垫棉绑缚法治疗乳腺脓肿临床疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of puncturing for pus aspiration combined with cotton pad drainage and bond- age on breast abscess. Methods：Patients with breast abscess hospitalized between March and November in 2015 in Beijing Hospi- tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were given puncturing for pus aspiration combined with cotton pad drainage and bondage for the treatment. Results：For the totally 45 patients after puncturing, clinical symptoms of 43 of them disappeared and there was no obvious bleeding or infection in the wound;2 of them suffered obvious pain after puncturing, which can be relieved after taking pain-killer. The times of puncture was 1 - 5 and the wound healed after 1 - 2 days. There was no apparent scar or deformity after the operation. With type-B ultrasonic test. the breast abscess disappeared. Conclusion： Puncturing for pus aspiration combined with cotton pad drainage and bondage has remarkable therapeutic effects on breast abscess.
