中西医结合治疗围绝经期抑郁症60例

Sixty Cases with Perimenopausal Depression Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将120例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予抗抑郁药物联合雌激素治疗,同时进行心理治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药治疗,偏肾阴虚者加龟板胶,偏心阴虚者加五味子、远志,偏于心脾两虚者选加浮小麦、太子参。观察两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间及治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分。结果:治疗组临床症状缓解时间(11.67±3.45)d,对照组为(17.67±5.78)d,两组患者临床症状缓解时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁评分显著低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗围绝经期抑郁症,能够迅速改善症状,降低汉密尔顿抑郁评分,提高治疗效果。

Ohjective：To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on permenopausal depression. Methods：Totally 120 patients with permenopausal depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given antidepressant drugs combined with estrogen treatment and simultaneous psychotherapy. Treatment group were additionally given Chinese medicine treatment. For kidney yin deficiency, Guibanjiao （Colla Testudinis Plastri ） is used ; for heart yin deficiency, Wuweizi （ Fructus Sehisandrae Chinensis） and Yuanzhi （ Radix Polygalae） are used. For deficiency of the spleen and the heart, Fuxiaomai （Frnctus Tritici Levis ） and Taizishen （Radix Pseudostellariae） are used. The clinical effects of both groups, relief time of the clinical symptoms and the Hamihon depression scores betore and after the treatment were observed. Results： The relief time of the clinical symptoms was （ 11.67 ± 3.45） d in treatment group and （ 17.67 ± 5.78 ） d in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Hamihon depression scores in both groups after the treatment were significantly lower than these before the treatment, and the scores in treatment group were lower than these in c, ontrol group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ： The effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 80.00% in control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For permenopausal depression,the therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine can instantly improve the symptoms,tower the Hamihon depression score and enhance the therapeutic result.
